Oh how I miss my herb garden this time of year. I long to walk outside and snip a few basil leaves to top a tomato or cut some dill to season potato salad. In late February I still have a few months to go before the temperatures are suitable for warm season herbs such as these, but it’s not completely hopeless. There are a few herbs that will tolerate a light frost and can be planted in early spring.
